2 In-Person Events + Courage
It's the last week of February - and a lot is happening.
In this edition:
- Two events you won’t want to miss
- A practical reset on Courage (because this year requires your most aligned, bold self)
Courage - how to summon it when you need it most

This week in my group coaching session we dug into Courage—and it reminded me how much it’s going to take this year to step into your most authentic, bold self.
If courage or confidence feels far away, don’t wait for it. Create it.
Here are three ways I use to turn it on, even on the hard days: pick one bold action today and do it, step into a role‑model mindset, and use your body to lead your mind—stand tall, breathe deep, move forward. That’s how you keep living joyfully, successfully, and in alignment—one steady step at a time.
- Set one bold action for today and do it, even if it’s tiny. Action creates momentum, and momentum builds confidence. Every time you keep a promise to yourself, your self-trust goes up. And self-trust is what confidence is made of.
- Adopt the role model mindset. Act from alignment. Ask, “If someone I care about were watching me right now, how would I show up?” Then show up that way. Courage doesn’t have to be loud. Most of the time, it’s steady.
- Use your body to lead your mind. Stand tall, breathe deep, shoulders back, eyes up. Move as if you can figure it out, and your brain follows. If your body is tense, your brain will look for danger. Let your nervous system settle. From there, even hard conversations feel manageable.
- Bonus Tip: Practice grateful recall. Take sixty seconds to remember a moment you had to summon real courage. Name what you did, what you learned, and how it made you stronger. Let that win sink in. When you integrate past strength into your identity, confidence becomes who you are, not what you’re chasing.

Spring Sync
The mini-retreat you need before the season changes
There’s something powerful about being in a room full of capable women who have given themselves permission to go for what they want — and choose support.
The realizations go deeper. The clarity gets sharper. And you leave knowing you’re not doing this alone.
Spring Sync is intentionally small. That’s why it works.
If you feel the nudge — trust it.
Hosted by: Jessica Thomas & Amy Gernatt
When: Sunday, March 1, 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm
Where: Downtown Houston, TX (Details at registration)
Investment: $247 Early Access, use code: SS2026
Spring Sync is four hours, in person, in a small and intentional circle of women who get it. Not a big conference, not a crowd of strangers, but a room where you can breathe, be yourself, and create what you desire.
Here's what we're doing together:
- Locating exactly where your energy is going and getting ruthlessly honest about what needs to change
- Getting clear on what you actually want, not the edited version, the real one
- Building the kind of grounded confidence that holds when life starts to life
- Leaving with a concrete 90 day focus and a personalized Aliveness Profile that tells you how YOU operate best
Spots are intentionally limited. Everyone in that room participates. Because you're not just another attendee you're part of what makes the afternoon what it is.
Choose courage this week. One clean move at a time.
I’m cheering you on — and I hope to see you in the room.
With confidence and calm,
Jessica
